The Department of the Interior’s Bureau of Land Management is holding a wild horse adoption event in Lubbock this weekend at the Panhandle- South Plains Fairgrounds. The BLM will have over 70 horses at the event. The minimum cost for adoption is $125 and horses must be transported in a covered stock-type trailer.
